ABOUT US

MARICI SAKATA, Ms.

Co-Founder / International Relations

Pos Doc at FLUP - Porto University, Master of Science in Communication Science from the University of São Paulo (2002) and PhD. in Communication Science - ECA USP, has a B.A in Accounting (1998) and B.A. in Philosophy (2004) from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She has a specialization in Entrepreneurship and International Management - California State University (Fresno-USA) and Euromed Marseille - École de Managament (France). Founder Mari pelo Mundo Travel & MPM trips (by Primetour) - Media, Travel Agency & Education VEDUS / Podcast Profa. RADIX - PhD USP & Pos Doc Comunicação e Educação - Univ. do Porto/Deusto - Sylff fellow.https://www.sylff.org/fellows/marici-sakata/ She is a former researcher in TECSI - Information Systems and Technology Research Lab. at FEA USP.

ANDREA FARNEDA, Ms. 

Co-Founder 

Andrea lived in the United States for a period, where certain destinations left a lasting impression.  Her educational background includes a degree in Social Communication and Marketing from ESPM-SP, a postgraduate degree in Communication with the Market, and a specialization in Administration.

She spent 15 years working in marketing for large multinational corporations, where she managed numerous events and traveled extensively throughout Brazil.

FRANCINE SAKATA, Ms. 

Co-Founder

Francine is an architect, urban planner, and landscape designer who will be a professor at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie starting in 2025. She is also a professor in the postgraduate programs in Landscape Architecture at IPOG and SENAC SP. Francine graduated from the University of São Paulo's School of Architecture and Urbanism (FAUUSP) in 1996, and later earned her master's in Urban Environmental Structures in 2005 and her Ph.D. in Architecture and Urbanism in 2018 from the same institution. 

She has participated in and organized workshops on open space systems with academic and public sector communities in various Brazilian cities. She is a member of the Brazilian Association of Landscape Architects (ABAP) and develops projects through her firm, RGM Arquitetos Associados.
